The test format in detail

1. Listening test

• Paper format:

4. Academic writing

Paper format:
You will be given two writings that you have to compete without fail.
• Time and number of questions:
You have to answer just 2 questions and time allotted is 60 minutes.

• Task types:

  •  Task 1: You have to write about some visual information in about 150 words within 20 minutes.
  •  Task 2: Describe your point of view on task 1 in 250 words and you will be given 40 minutes.

5. General training writing

• Paper format:
You will be given to different writing tasks which you have to complete within the time limit.
• Time and number of questions:
You have to answer questions and the time limit is 60 minutes.

• Task types:

  •  Task 1: You will be given a situation where you have to write requesting a letter.
  •  Task 2: In your point of view you have to write an essay relating the task 1.

6. Speaking test

• Paper format:
This is an oral interview, which will be directly conducted by the examiner who will record the speaking test.
• Time:
You are approximately given 11 to 14 minutes time to complete it.

• Task types:
You will come across three different parts in which you have to fulfill being interactive, understand the test inputs and the test examiner output.
